Description:
 
Technics flow as below:
Raw material+additive → mixing → feeding → conical double screw extruder → "one mould four pipes"mould →
vacuum calibration tank →  haul-off → cutting machine → stacker
 1. Easy operation: The four pipes work independently without effect on each other.
 2.Independent vacuum and low power consumption: There is only one vacuum tank of 2.2KW for four pvc pipes.
 3. Chipless cutting: high cutting speed and no chip.
 4. Mobile printing system: controlled by computer with accurate orientation and only need one printer.
 5. The PVC conduit pipe making machine can save place and time.
 6.  If using SJSZ80/156 extruder, Max. pipe diameter can reach 63mm.
