Description:

This line adopts our own SJ series single screw extruder equipped with the Siemens PLC controlling system.

This production line is used for continously producing PP,PE,PVC single wall and double wall corrugated pipe.

Plastic single wall corrugated pipe is resistant to high temperature,corrosion and abrasion,very flexible.

Die head of helical type and basket type are perfect for polyolefin, and can help to produce sound melting pressure, and improve the plasticization capacity. Meanwhile, stable material-flow and pressure grade can be guranteed.

Advanced vacuum calibrating method improves the cleanliness and hardness of surface. Reasonable high-speed sprinkling colling water tank guarantees the pipe quality and high speed stable extruding.

  It can realize the whole line automatic controlling of high capacity , stable extruding with the suitable changing of different units could realize the production job of PE-RT,PEX ,PB pipe.
