Production Line Strucure

Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefine material, high speed extrusion and effectiveplasticization.

2. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.

3.Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope Ø50-Ø200mm, production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.

4.Machinery is in sole possession of the special design to sizing cooling way to make the speed for leading position of the same line.

5. The shape of pipes is special spiral type; it can easily avoid the obstacles and convenient construction. The length of the pipe is made according to customer’s requirement which reduces the connectors, speed up the installation process and simplify the maintenance.
