1. PVC fiber reinforced hose, also known as PVC network pipe, commonly known as plastic snakeskin tube, suitable for transporting the gas and liquid with pressure or corrosive , widely used in machinery, coal, petroleum, chemicals, agricultural irrigation, construction, civil (solar water heaters, gas cylinders) and other fields.

This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose,the wall of which is three layers,outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose,miiddle layer is terylene fiber network,which has good chemical and physical proerty.Unit according to the different processing materials, can choose different models of the host. PVC with conical twin-screw extruder, ensure the plasticizing effect, high speed, high pressure extrusion. PE host adopt high-efficiency BM mixing polyethylene special screw, ensure high speed, high efficiency, precise extrusion.

3. It is consist of double screw extruder , mould , vacuum sizing cooling water tank , spray colling water tank , haul off machine , cutting machine , winder.

Screw and barrel material is 38CrMoAlA , Mold material is 40Cr ,forged die steel under hard chromium plating and polishing treatment , Whole vacuum:four spray is ABS spraye nozzel,stainless steel pipe , and the whole machine is easy to operate , and have high output , low noise and low consumption.
