Description:

1. Mould and auxiliary machine: the foamed mould die is of high precision; the mould blocks are of changeable; there are two cooling modes to the mould block, by water and by fan. The belling in line of the PVC pipe is available, which ensures all the performance index of the pipes. The planetary cutting machine is of high cutting precision; SIMENS human-machine interface control system realizes high automation. The production line is able to produce PE double wall corrugated pipe when change the extruder and some related equipment.

2. Extruder: The extruder can be designed according to the different material; HDPE material uses new type high efficiency single screw extruder, the PVC material uses large conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder.

3. Corrugated pipe machine can be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugated pipe with PVC,PP and PE raw material. Molding corrugated pipe with smooth inside and outside surface,and even ripple at one time by corresponding die. Corrugated pipe can be used as wire and cable passing pipe , washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct. Small size corrugated pipe of 4-40mm is also used in car,
