Description:

1. Perfect twin pipe vacuum sizing systerm , optional length set and accurate adaption stacker.It contains single screw extruder, mould, single screw extruder (for mark line), calibrating tank, cooling tank, haul-off, cutter and stacker.

2. Extruding die: it adopts latest designed die head with spiral distributing flow channel, built-in Temp.control device which make extrusion more evenly and regulution more conveniently.

3. Vacuum calibration and spraying cooling trough: advanced water loop vacuum calibration, equipped with adjusting device for roundness and multi-section 6m spraying water tank, ensure perfect calibration; the body of tank is made of stainless steel.

4. Haul off machine , it has two claw , four claw , six claw , eight claw to satisfy manufacturing requirements.

5. Cutting unit: we can adopt saw cutting , planet cutting or according to customer's requirements.
