1. Processing flow of PPR pipe production line:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging

2. This extrusion line adopts high efficient barrier type screw, specially designed for PP-R material, high quality high speed extrusion, high shear stress and low temperature to ensure that raw materials can be extruded with high performance. The measurement on the feeder with the drying system can guarantee the PP-R material uniformed extrusion.

PPR pipe extrusion machine is mainly used to produce PP-R pipes, which are widely used in drinking water pipe system, which is adopted by many developed countries nowadays as new type product, which is sanitary, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. It also owns advantages for heat resistance, pressure resistance, energy saving, and long service life.
