Description:

1. PVC pipe making machine is equipped with conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder, adopt Optimized spider die with chrome-plating, ensure the melt plasticization homogenous and distribution uniform.

2. The drawing machine includes two-claw type , three-claw type ,four-claw type , six-claw type ,eight -claw type , etc. saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied ,it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device ,the property of machine group is reliable , the production efficiency is high.

3. All of vacuum tank and water cooling tank is made from stainless steel, dual water supply pipe line with filtration system, water level and temperature control system and optimized positioning of the bayonet-type spray nozzles.
