PET Granules Production Line Overview
This industrial-grade PET granules production line efficiently converts PET flakes and other plastic waste into high-quality recycled plastic granules. The system is designed for continuous production with flexible pelletizing capabilities.
Manufacturing Process
The production process begins with a spiral charger feeding materials into the extruder, where materials are evenly squeezed, melted, and plastified. Material strips exit through the machine head, pass through degassing and filtering systems (hydraulic screen changer), are cooled in a water tank, dried by a strong air dryer, transferred and cut in the pelletizer, and finally collected in the silo.
