Description:
1. To produce PVC profile, you shall have high speed mixer to mix PVC powder, CACO3 and other additives according to your formula. Then feed the mixture to the conical twin screw extruder for the production. The mixed material will be extruded through different molds to produce different shape profiles. Then it will be calibrated to keep the shape by vacuum calibration tank, then haul off and cutting. You could cut different length as you want, 4 meter, 6 meter, etc.
2. PVC edge banding extrusion machine is used to produce PVC edge banding(board), PVC decoration door panel, change mould, it can produce PVC profile.
3. This production line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, drawer, cutter, pilling frame, and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door&window profile, foamed special shaped materials, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products etc.
