With different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produces all kinds of plastic pipe, window and door, ceiling profile, and granulates, etc. Our twin screw extruders are made of Siemens Beide main motor, ABB inverter, Omron temperature controller, and Chinese famous brand gearbox, etc. The screw and barrel is under nitriding process for longer using life.
3. Temperature controller is Japanese RKC, contactor is SIEMENS. The gear and the axis components of speed reducer used high strength alloy steel material . Screw structure designed specifically for customer need. Nitriding depth is 0.5—0.6mm, hardness is HV740—940, surface roughness Ra≤0.8um.
