Description:

1. This machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products. The series of products are: One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine, one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion mchine , plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.

2. The production line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating platform, haul-off, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It has the outstanding advantages of good plasticization, high output and low power consumption. The frequency inverter of the main machine is imported famous brand; the temperature controller is Japan RKC or OMRON brand. The vacuum pump and motor of haul-off are excellent products, which are easy to maintenance.

3. A pre-heating feeder is mounted on th top of the extruder which extracts the humdity from the wood powder , so that the feeding section of the extruder can be filled with enough material and the plastification effect will be better.

Applications:

The equipment is applicable to produce PC,PP,PE hollow profile board. The products is used widely for building, decorating, advertisement laying, road noise isolation and packing. PP hollow profile board can instead of carton which have feature like light weight, high strengthen, moisture-proof, antisepsis.
