Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die,  reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm , manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube,  ordinary PP-R,  PE ,PEX and P-RT pipes.

2. Good components: Siemens Beide main motor, ABB inverter, Eurotherm DC regulator, Siemens & Schneider low voltage electrics, Omron temperature controller

3. Good design and good outlook: We design the machine for easier operation and stable performance. The haul off machine and cutter is fully closed for safety purpose. Planetary socket is using in some machines for wire connection.

4. Our engineers and technicians have more than 10 years experince, they know pipe machine well and make good pipe machine.
