One ceases and another goes on. A combination of drawing and cutting machine with fine appearance and accurate synchronization. Applicable pipe diameter ranges from 16-63mm. PLC system and user-friendly human-machine interface can be designed to meet customer requirements.

2. This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc. The screw extruder is equipped with Siemens beide brand motor and ABB brand inverter, The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The haul-off machine has many models for different diameter pipes, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. For the cutter, you can choose lift cutting blade type and no-dust cutting type.Our PVC pipe extrusion production line is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.
