Description:

1. WPC Construction Template machine adopts WPC sepcialized twin/single screw extruder, and it can be equipped with auxiliary machines like corresponding vacuum forming table, haul-off, transverse cutter and stirring up platform.

2. WPC Furniture/ Construction Template Board Extrusion machinecan make various WPC products by changing mould with diffferent specification. With the unique technology of our company, haul-off gain stable performance and strong traction force. In order to meet the wide size characteristics of door plate, special large sized swirl cooling system is used in vacuum forming.

3. Transverse cutting machine keeps space with plate and it can cut product automatically with reasonable design and stable performance.
Besides, dust recycling machine is also eqipped with the WPC Furniture/ Construction Template Board Extrusion machine.
