Description:
 
1. PVC WPC profiles extrusion craft:

pvc powder+wood powder+additives → mixing → extrusion line ( conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile moulds→ vacuum calibration platform →haul-off → cutter →stacker → finished product) → surface finish processing ( like heat transfer,sanding, embossing,etc)

2. With corresponding mould, Aorui series profile line can extrude different plastic profile. This machine have advantage of good plasticization, well-proportioned mixing, high output, stable quality and long working life etc.

3. .SJZ series cone twin-screw extruders are specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, they can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profile materials, board materials, sheets, bars, and granulating materials.

4. The screw adopts oil cooling system while the barrel adopts air cooling system. The system is controlled by dedicated computers. According to customer requirements, most reasonable screws can be configured to achieve optimal plasticization and logistic quality.
