Description:

1. This single screw plastic pe pipe extrusion line is designed with advanced west Europe technology. The extruder is single screw type, it is mainly used for making PE, PP, HDPE, PPR pipes.

2. .Extruder specially designed high efficient for PPR&PPB pipes, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise, adding material sect with cooling unit and sense reversing spiral grooved, different isometry and undulant screw which allows great output, lower melting temp, and lower energy consumption.
 

3.Mould & die co-extrusion spiral die assures that melting, pressure and flux are uniformity, surface of pipe is lubricity.
 

4.Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling baths, accurate calibration,fast cooling. The baths is made of stainless steel.
 

5.Adopting world famous brands electric equipments. PLC control system with touch screen can provide a fine man-machine interaction.
