Description of pvc profile production line:
1. Our one step wpc profiles machine line is high technical and easy to operated. Also CE approved. It can be used to produce various PVC/WPC products, such as wpc foam board, wpc floor, wpc door, ect.
2. These series of products are: One step think plastic and wood plate extrusion machine, one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine,
one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine etc.
3. Properties and advantages: This line features stable Plasticization, high output,low sheering force,long life service and other advantages. The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder,extrusion die, calibration unit,haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker.
4. The extruder is equipped with alternating-current inverter (ABB or Eurotherm drive), imported temperature controller (RKC,Japan). The calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products. After simple changing of the die and screw, it also can produce the foam profiles.
