Industrial Meltblown Machine for Non-Woven Fabric Production
Working Principle
Polypropylene raw material is fed into the extruder where it melts between the screw and barrel. The molten material is then transported to the melt pump and filter system. After filtration, it is quantitatively delivered to the spinneret assembly. Hot air flow on both sides of the spinneret holes blows out the melt material at near-sonic speed, rapidly thinning it. During the falling process, the material is cooled and solidified by the traction air flow on both sides.
