Product Overview

Working Principle
Polypropylene (PP) material is fed into a single screw extruder where it becomes polymer melt. High-speed hot air stretches the polymer into fine short fibers (1-5μm diameter), which form a fiber network on a porous formation. The fibers bond together to create non-woven fabric suitable for various filtration applications.
