PVC threading pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes, which are widely used in water supply and drainage of agriculture land and buildings, and cable laying. This production line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, and vacuum sizing device, traction machine,cutting machine and roll over stand.
Description of pvc twin pipe production line:
1.PVC Double Pipe Production Line (PVC four pipe production line) uses a conical twin screw extruder as the host, equipped with different auxiliary machine, main used in the production of two pvc pipes or foure pvc pipes at the same time, the pvc pipe produced by this machine main used for electrician threading pipe.
2.The production line fully use of the extrusion capacity of the extruder, it can up to the highest quality when produce small diameter pipe, and the production efficiency is high, easy to operate.
3.The whole machine has reasonable structure, stable performance, it can realise the synchronous speed regulation, this pvc pipe production line adopt vacuum sizing method, so it hass food vacuum effect, high automatic grade, it also has good HMI.
4.The vacuum water tank composed of two water tanks, seperate operation, the water tank material is stainless steel, the water level is controlled by float valve, the forward and back move controlled by motor.
5.Traction machine adopt frequency controller, adopts pneumatic clamping. Automatic cut to length by cutting machine.It has PLC control system.Stacker can be automatically turned over.
