Brief introduction:
This extrusion line is mainly used for producing PPR pipe, also suitable for producing PERT, PB, PE-X resin pipes. The machines are designed with advanced west europe technology and use ABB inverter and Siemens motor. The extruder is single screw type with high speed production.
Working flow
Mixer→ Vacuum feeding →Material dry → Single screw extruder →Marking line extruder(co-extrusion)→Vacuum calibration spraying cooling tank → Spraying cooling tank→ Color-ribbon printer → Haul-off machine →Cutter →Stacke
Description of pe pipe production line:
1.HDPE Plastic Water Supply Pipe Making Machinery adopt high speed extruder with high efficient,energy saving. The extruder have water recycled inside with metering material loading device;
2.The single-screw extruder and the traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all made of high quality products.
3.The tractor is driven by two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws, ten claws, and twelve claws. Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
