Description of plastic board production line:
1. Work flow
PVC powder +additive → mixer →SJSZ series extruder →Coat-hanger type mould →Vacuum calibration cooling platform →cooling rollers and edge-cutting device →Haul off →stacker
2. With PVC, calcium powder and other additives, to produce foam board. It consists of conical twin screw extruder, mold, sizing cooling platform,cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, conveyor and stacker, etc.
3. The line I use the original wood-plastic technology companies and formula. Plates can be based on different sections, according to the different uses of sheet metal, product design different proportions.
