Product Description
Powder-coated galvanized pipe is an electrostatically applied polymer coating applied to the surface of galvanized steel pipe. This coating combines the rust-resistant properties of the zinc layer with the corrosion resistance of the plastic layer. The outer plastic powder is available in a variety of colors (including RAL standard colors) to meet aesthetic and signage requirements, while also providing excellent UV, acid, and alkali resistance. Compared to ordinary galvanized pipe, the powder coating effectively prevents oxidation and whitening of the zinc layer, extending its outdoor service life by 3-5 times.
This product is widely used in applications such as building fences, municipal facilities, and agricultural greenhouses. During installation, avoid scratching the coating to maintain its protective integrity. Custom pipe diameters (15mm-300mm) and coating thicknesses (60-120μm) are available.
