- The series welding roller stand is designed and manufactured by Ronniewell according to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories.
- It is absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
- Welding roller stand production is according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
- It is the device for special purpose adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel.
- This series welding roller stand has advantages of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation.
Feature of welding roller stand:
- Adjustable welding roller stand can adjust the center distance by lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
- Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
- According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel; it can joint control with other equipments.
- The roller stand is mainly used for the welding,polishing and assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
- It also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
