Feature of conventional welding rotator:

• The welding rotator is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair and so on industries.
   
• It is mainly used for welding,shot blasting,painting or assembling of cylindrical roller shell.
   
• Also it can assemble and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
   
• It can joint control with other equipments.
   
• Depends on user requirement, the welding rotator has series products including self-alignment,bolt/screw adjustable, the vehicle used, the tilting and the anti-drift types.
   
• By reserved screw holes or lead screw, conventional welding rotator is able to change center distance of roller to adapt diameter of work pice.
   
• Power conventional welding rotator is adopt double motor driven.
   
• The power rotator adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
• Depends on various application, the roller has three forms:  polyurehane roller, steel wheels, rubber & steel frame combination wheel;
