- Safety work load 100t tank welding turning roll with variable rotation speed & rubber wheel
Description:
- The 100t capacity welding turning roll is composed by pair of rotators, 1power & 1idler. Each rotator load capacity is 50t.
- Power rotator is including pedestal, twin power wheels & electric control cabinet enclosed at side of the rotator.
- Idler rotator is composed by pedestal & twin idle wheels.
- The wheels center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolts, suitable for diverse diameter tank from 1000mm to 5500mm.
- The power wheel of the welding turning roll is driven by AC motor, via special welding rotator using gearbox transmission.
- The wheel surface coated with high stress polyurethane cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
- The welding turning roll is controlled by a wilreless remote controller with interlocking reversing systems.
