Motorized Screw Adjustable Pipe Welding Rotator CE For Seam Welding

Brief introduction of pipe welding rotator:

This set of pipe welding rotator is using integrate basement for power unit & idler unit.

So as to ensure the rollers surface at the same level, saving foundation work for identity height adjustment.  

Pipe welding rotator feature:

• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
• Pipe welding rotator can adjust the center distance by lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
   
• Lead screw adjustment is able to realize stepless center distance adjustment. Make the rotator more flexible for various diameter weldments.
   
• Lead screw adjustment is using motorized driven instead of hand lever. It largely shorten the equipment prepare time, elevating the working efficiency.  
   
• Rollers are steel roller without PU.
   
• Depends on using purpose, PU roller or other special type roller is available as per customer requirement. 
   
• It can joint control with other equipments.
