The pipe welding rotator is made with anti drift structure. Simple structure, high efficiency. Compare with sensor detected anti-drift structure, the working requirement is much lower but function is more powerful.

Pipe welding rotator feature:

• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer. Driving moment is more balance than single motor driven.
   
• Roller center distance is bolt adjustable via reserved bolt holes. So as to adapt to diameter of weldments. 
   
• Other type welding rotator such as self-aligned,lead screw adjustable, vehicle used, tilting rotator and others are available as per requirement.
   
• Roller material is forged steel roller with PU coated on the surface.
   
• According to the customer’s requirements, steel wheels or other type special roller is available.
   
• It can joint control with other equipments such as welding column boom.
   
• The purpose of the rotator is mainly used for the welding,polish, rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
