Brief introduction:

All rotators produced by Ronniewell are with 13months warranty terms against its delviery. During this time, Ronniewell would take the full responsibility of the euqipment quality issue.

Feature:

1. Our series welding rotator is including HGZ self aligned, HGK bolt adjustable, HGKS lead screw adjustable, special vehicle used, special tilting & anti-drift and so on.
    
2. HGK series welding rotator is adjusting the roller center distance by reserved screw holes, to suitable for different diameter of weldments. 
    
3. The welding rotator adopts double-motor driven. The roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
    
4. The roller material is forged steel wheel enclosed with PU tyres. For capacity above 150t, the roller is pure steel wheel.
    
5. The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
    
6. It can joint control with other equipments,such as welding manipulator, fit up rotator etc.

1. The series welding rotator is absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
    
2. It is designed and manufactured by us according to the operation requirements of several pressure vessel factories.
    
3. Production is according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
    
4. Our set of welding rotator consists of 2 parts: a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
    
5. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor which is designed according to internationally proven specifications, to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
    
6. The inverter comes with a remote control panel with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
    
7. It is the device for special purpose adopted to weld metal cylinder especially pressure vessel.
    
8. It has advantages of advanced technology, reliable quality and simple operation.

Ronniewell: Seaway is the most common transportation way for oversea trading. Depends on your location, combined transport by rail and sea is also an option. Certainly railway transportation is also acceptable if it is the most suitable approach.

Ronniewell: We provide 12month guaranty period for the whole machine quality. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it.
