• The rotator is with constant rotating and welding speed, which provides perfect welding results.
   
• Functions of the welding rotator is including forward/stop/reverse, rotation speed,driving vehicle forward/stop/reverse,emergency-stop and so on.

Self aligned welding rotator description:

• Self aligned welding rotators adjust the wheel centerline setting automatically when the vessel is lowered into place. There are no couplings to change and no pins to remove or replace.
   
• Self aligned welding rotators provide constant centerline capabilities which make set-up and alignment quick and easy.
   
• Capacity is covering from 5 ton to 300 ton.
   
• Rolls are powered with AC variable frequency drives.
   
• Hand-held operator pendants are standard. Optional foot switch control is available.
   
• The automatically infinitely adjustable centerline settings provide easy alignment for tapered vessels, while the added surface area of (4) wheels per unit provides additional support for thin walled vessels.

Transportation-What about the transportation?
Ronniewell: Seaway is the most common transportation way for oversea trading. Depends on your location, combined transport by rail and sea is also an option. Certainly railway transportation is also acceptable if it is the most suitable approach.

Ronniewell: We provide 12month guaranty period for the whole machine quality. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it. Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. Engineer service on user premises is also available for necessary.
