Brief introduction:
Hydraulic support welding rotator with SWL 100T per pair (1power & 1idler)
With hydraulic bracing support to rectify the ellipse shape due to big diameter thin wall thickness;
Description:
- Hydraulic support welding rotator is composed by 1power rotator, 1idler rotator & control box. Each rotator with 2pcs of hydraulic bracing support at each end of the rotator.
- Conventional welding rotator with reserved bolt screw for adjustment, suitable for diverse diamter tank/vessel/tower
- Power rotator is driven by double motor. Reducer adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
- Wheel using forged steel core coated with poyurethane, protecting the workpiece surface
- With extention funciton of linkage control with other equipments, such as welding manipulator,welding machine, gantry type welding machine and so on.
- Widely used in industries including wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry and so on.
