Brief introduction: 

• Fit up rotator with safety work load 150t/pair (2 idler) for offshore wind tower assembly growing line. 
   
• Rubber wheel hydrauilc liftable, with manual trolley moving on the rail 

Product description:

• Movable fit up rotator is composed by pair of idler rotator, hydraulic pump station & electric control system
   
• Each of the idler rotator is composed by hydraulic liftable wheel seat, pair of PU coated wheel, pedestal with reserved bolt screw for wheel center distance adjustable & maual trolley under pedestal.  
   
• Each of the wheels are liftable via hydraulic cylinder driven, by which, it could make the tower section displacement on vertical,horizontal or even inclined direction. The edge of the sections would be conveniently aligning for tackle welding. 
   
• The fit in sections are conveyed backward by movable rotator.Another section will be placed in front of the fit in section.
   
• Meanwhile welding the inner & outer circumferential seam.
   
• Repeat above procedure to complete the whole sections fit up

Main Technical Parameters

Feature:

• The movable fit up rotator is mainly used for cylindrical(or low angle taper)work piece fit up procedure.
   
• Rotator base is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength to make sure no deformation in long period using span.
   
• Rotator base & boring is integrated process,so as to guarantee the roller rotating precision.
   
• Wheel surface is coated rubbler layer. Using polurethane material instead of usual rubber. With extra support strength & rigidity.  
   
• The PU wheel enlarged contact surface,enhanced using life. Roller steel core processed by unique working craft,the coated PU will keep away from peeling off issue.
   
• Completed structure is processed by temper destressing.It will be pre-treatment before painting, one layer of zinc rich primer,two layer of polyurethane finish.
   
• Electric system is composed of electric cabinet & remote control box.
