Description

• The cantilever welding platform is including standing column, working platform, lifting mechanism, electric control system, motorized trolley, SAW welding system and so on.
   
• Working platform is the main zone bearing welding system, flux recovery system. Anti-slip floor laying on the surface to protect welder from slipping.
   
• The working platform lifitng is motorized driven via gear box, chain sprocket transmission.
   
• There is counterweight at middel of the standing column to decrease the lifting mechanism loading & maintain the whole strcuture balance.
   
• Standing column is made with high quality steel with high strength & enough rigidity.
   
• There is rail car under the standing column to take the whole structure mobile on the rai

• Linkaged control with welding rotator, it could realize the tubular tower/column/vessel outer circumferential seam automatic SAW welding.

• Cantilever welding platform with lift stroke 5m & safety work load 300kg using for tubular sections outer seam automatic welding

• Suitable for MIG/TIG/SAW(Single wire/tandem twin and further) welding method.
