Product Overview
This industrial desiccant dehumidifier utilizes a rotating wheel system made of specialized desiccant material. The wheel continuously rotates between the process air stream and regeneration stream, efficiently removing moisture from the air while maintaining optimal operational efficiency.
Working Principle
The dehumidification process operates through a continuous cycle: when the wheel rotates into the process air stream, moisture is adsorbed from the air. As the wheel moves into the regeneration stream, an electric heater warms the desiccant material to release the captured moisture, effectively regenerating the desiccant for the next dehumidification cycle.
