The ZCS-1500 industrial air dehumidifier removes moisture from air using a silica gel desiccant material that effectively attracts and holds water vapor. The desiccant is impregnated into a corrugated ceramic composite material formed into a rotating wheel that moves slowly (6-10 rph) between two air streams.
The process air stream gives up moisture to the desiccant, while the smaller reactivation air stream heats the desiccant to release moisture, which is then carried away. This continuous cycle ensures consistent dehumidification performance.
