The ZCS-1000 Desiccant Wheel Dehumidifier effectively removes moisture from air using advanced silica gel wheel technology. This stand-alone unit is specifically designed for low temperature and low humidity environments, making it ideal for industrial applications requiring precise humidity control.
This dehumidifier operates using a rotating desiccant wheel impregnated into corrugated ceramic composite material. The wheel rotates slowly (6-10 revolutions per hour) between two air streams: the process air stream and the reactivation air stream. Moisture is absorbed from the process air and released through heated reactivation air, creating a continuous dehumidification cycle.
