ZCS-300 industrial dehumidification equipment removes moisture from air using a silica gel desiccant material that effectively attracts and holds water vapor. This desiccant wheel technology is particularly effective for low temperature and low humidity environments where traditional dehumidification methods are less efficient.
The system features a rotating desiccant wheel (6-10 rotations per hour) that moves between two separate air streams. The process air stream passes through the wheel, transferring moisture to the desiccant material. Simultaneously, a smaller heated reactivation air stream removes accumulated moisture from the wheel, ensuring continuous dehumidification performance.
