ZCS-1000 Industrial Dehumidification Equipment utilizes advanced desiccant wheel technology to effectively remove moisture from air. The system employs a silica gel-impregnated ceramic composite wheel that rotates between two air streams, providing continuous dehumidification with minimal energy consumption.
The desiccant wheel rotates slowly (6-10 revolutions per hour) between process air and reactivation air streams. Moisture is absorbed from the process air by the desiccant material, then released when the wheel rotates into the heated reactivation air stream, ensuring continuous drying performance.
