ZCS-2000 industrial dehumidification equipment utilizes advanced rotary desiccant technology to effectively remove moisture from air. The system features a silica gel-impregnated ceramic composite wheel that rotates between process and reactivation air streams, providing continuous dehumidification with exceptional efficiency.
The desiccant wheel rotates slowly (6-10 revolutions per hour) between two separate air streams. Process air passes through the wheel, transferring moisture to the desiccant material. Simultaneously, heated reactivation air removes accumulated moisture from the wheel, maintaining continuous drying capacity.
