The ZCY Series Mobile Industrial Dehumidifier combines cooling and honeycomb rotor technologies for comprehensive humidity control. During summer operations, dehumidification primarily utilizes cooling with rotor support, while winter operations focus on rotor dehumidification as the primary method.
The refrigeration system employs energy-efficient air-cooled technology with imported screw compressors, ensuring stable operation and reduced energy consumption. Air treatment begins with evaporator pre-processing, followed by precision dehumidification through the advanced rotor system.
This system consistently delivers processed air at 20-32℃ with RH≤45%, even when handling inlet air ranging from -5-40℃ and RH=50-99%. The unit features air-cooled copper tube condensers with aluminum fins and direct evaporation copper tube evaporators.
The dehumidifier offers four selectable operation modes to meet diverse requirements:

- Refrigeration and Rotor Dehumidification Combination
- Rotor Dehumidification
- Rotor Dehumidification and Heating Combination
All operations are managed through an advanced PLC automatic control system for precise environmental control.
