Product Overview
The ZCB Series Pharmaceutical Industry Dehumidifier combines refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This industrial-grade system delivers precise environmental control for critical pharmaceutical applications.
Operating Principle
Supply Air Process
Outside air enters through filters and passes through the cooling coil where it is cooled. The air then moves through the silica gel desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before being delivered to the space or existing air handler.
Exhaust Air Process
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel. After filtration, the air is heated and humidified during energy recovery, then further heated through the regeneration coil to remove moisture from the desiccant wheel.
