The ZCB Series Desiccant Air Dehumidifier combines refrigeration technology with a desiccant rotor system to provide independent control of both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This high-efficiency solution is designed for demanding industrial applications requiring precise environmental control.
Outside air enters through the supply fan, passes through filtration and cooling coils, then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before delivery to the target space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, heating, and humidification during the energy recovery process before being heated through the regeneration coil to remove moisture from the process air stream.
