ZCB Series Industrial Drying Equipment utilizes advanced refrigeration combined with desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. This dual-action system ensures precise environmental control for industrial applications.
Outside air enters through filters and passes through the cooling coil where it is cooled. The air then moves through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification and temperature adjustment before being delivered to the designated space.
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel. After filtration, the air is heated and humidified during energy recovery, then further heated through the regeneration coil to remove moisture from the desiccant wheel.
