Product Overview
ZCB Series Industrial Drying Machines combine refrigeration and desiccant rotor technology to independently control both humidity and temperature in a single packaged unit. Featuring Sweden Proflute silica gel wheels for superior moisture adsorption.
Operating Principle
Supply Air Process
Outside air enters through filters, passes through cooling coils for temperature reduction, then through the desiccant wheel for dehumidification before delivery to the space.
Exhaust Air Process
Exhaust air provides energy recovery for the desiccant wheel, undergoing filtration, heating, and humidification before removing moisture from the process air stream.
