The ZCS-400 Industrial Desiccant Air Dryer effectively removes moisture from air using advanced adsorption technology with a Swedish Proflute silica gel desiccant rotor. This wheel-type dehumidifier operates efficiently at low temperatures and low humidity conditions, making it ideal for industrial applications requiring precise humidity control.
The dehumidifier features a rotating desiccant wheel that continuously cycles between two air streams. Process air passes through the wheel, transferring moisture to the desiccant material. The wheel then rotates into a heated reactivation air stream that removes the accumulated moisture, allowing continuous, efficient dehumidification.
