Common rail system test bench ADM8711 is according to the working condition of diesel engine ECU, at the same time provide Bosch, denso, DELPHI, Siemens and other common rail system control signal (/ contact international.like apply SSDS/CP3 / CP1 HP3 / HP4 / DELPHI), high pressure common rail pump and high pressure common rail injector, user driven signal parameters can be set according to their own actual situation, and we can save grouping, easy to maintenance personnel to determine the working state of the high pressure common rail system and maintenance.
Main functions:
1. For the testing of the common rail pumps of BOSCH CP1,CP2,CP3, DENSO HP0,
HP2,HP3,HP4, DELPHI and SIMENS.
2. Test the flow control valve of the common rail pumps.
3. Test the sealing of the CR injectors,Piezo injector, the injection flow volume under full-loaded, emission point, idling and the pre-injection, also back flow volume.
