Powder color coated sheet(PCM) production line

Automatic high-speed continuous powder spraying line with annual output of more than 90,000 ton. The line adopts both side painting technology and the curing furnace uses gas infrared radiation heating. The line involves multiple latest techniques, enabling the production of color-coating sheet to achieve the environment-friendly effects “zero VOCs* emission, low CO2 emission”.

Equipment characteristics:

- Adopt powder spraying process, lower comprehensive cost, without VOCs emission, and no VOCs residue on the coated metal sheet;

- Use fast curing powder, the line speed can reach 60m/min. Double painting booths, and fast color change;

- Apply infrared radiation heating technology. The specific wavelength can accurately heat and melt the powder, to achieve high thermal efficiency and 20% energy saving compared with the traditional hot air drying furnace. The drying furnace is shorter, only about 20% of the traditional oven, reducing floor area and cost;

- Can produce metal sheets with different appearances such as leveling, reticulation and wrinkles, and can make imitation wood grain color-coated plate by adding transfer printer.
