Freezer Shell Sheet Metal Forming Production Line

1.Production Cycle: 15 seconds per piece, supporting high-efficiency continuous batch production.
2.Applicable Materials: Suitable for 0.5–0.58 mm thick pre-coated steel sheets and stainless steel sheets for freezer shell manufacturing.
3.Equipment Configuration: Equipped with multiple CNC bending machines and multi-station forming equipment, matched with complete robotic manipulators, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric control auxiliary units to guarantee stable operation and high-precision forming quality.

The entire production line realizes fully automatic processing for freezer shell components, including automatic feeding, multi-pass bending forming and automatic blanking for freezer top plates, bottom plates, left and right side plates. Workpiece transfer between stations is completed by clamp manipulators. Through coordinated linkage of the whole system, continuous and unmanned forming and machining of sheet metal parts is achieved, which greatly improves production efficiency and processing consistency for freezer shell manufacturing.
