Our tubed water cold plates are cost-effective and offer good bulk heat removal for low-to-medium watt densities. Applications include IGBT modules, Lasers, Electric Vehicles, Industrial power converters, UPS, Medical appliance and so on. Water or water/glycol are the most common fluids used in liquid cooling, it can also be gasoline, oil, and refrigerant as other examples.

   Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance).

5. Assembly: Automatic Fin Wearing/Assembly, then Fixed by Overflow Soldering  and
   Screw/Rivet Combination.
